The original (and inimitable!) Cook Italy celebrates the richness and variety of Italian regional cuisines through hands-on cooking classes that are also about having a good time.

In a warm relaxed atmosphere we prepare attractive, delicious dishes that are truly Italian, for instance Neapoletan traditional cuisine. We use very few ingredients at their superb seasonal peak, simply and skillfully prepared to enhance their excellence.
